The investment "Production unit for the manufacture of luxury products by Hipic Prod Impex S.R.L., Sibiu city, Sibiu county" was a completely new one, so that it required the execution of all the buried hydro-development networks that would serve the production unit, both inside and outside the building:

execution of the rain sewage network and the wastewater sewage network from PVC SN8, Ø110 - 500 mm pipes, and concrete inspection chambers with a diameter of 450 mm inside the building and with a diameter of 1.000 mm outside the building

execution of the potable water supply network and irrigation system from PEHD PN10, Ø40 - 160 mm pipes

execution of the discharge network from wastewater pumping stations, from PEHD PN10, Ø160 - 400 mm pipes

execution of the fire extinguishing network (external and internal supply) from PEHD PN16, Ø90 - 315 mm pipes and installation of Ø100 mm above ground hydrants

installation and commissioning of 5 wastewater pumping stations
- installation and commissioning of 2 hydrocarbon separators and 1 grease separator
The complexity of the works performed and their large volume represented a real challenge, but the project was completed within the contractual terms and at the highest quality standards.
