The contracted works consisted in the execution of a new access to the Shopping City Sibiu area, from Doamna Stanca street, belonging to Selimbar town, Sibiu County. The realization of the access was imposed by the necessity of the existence of as many access/exit areas as possible in the Shopping City Sibiu area, in order to prevent the creation of traffic jams during periods of intense traffic.
The surface of the project was 935 square meters, area on which the roadway was laid out of self-locking pavers placed on a foundation of ballast and crushed stone, and pedestrian sidewalks of self-locking pavers placed on a foundation of ballast.
4 traffic lights were also installed, both road and pedestrian, at the intersection of the new access with Doamna Stanca street, in order to streamline traffic.
