The complete modernization of the DC4 communal road, from Vistea town, Brasov county, which connects the Rucar and Cincsor towns, consisted of the following categories of works:

from km 0+000.00 to km 4+100.00 isolated repairs were carried out, in the form of boxes, of the entire road structure (infrastructure and binder layer)

from km 4+100.00 to km 6+279.00 the entire road infrastructure was executed

two layers of asphalt were laid along the entire length of the road

the road part, made of asphalt mixture, is protected by verges made of crushed stone
In order to direct the rain waters and remove them from the road infrastructure, earth trenches and transversal tubular floors were executed.
Traffic safety is ensured by longitudinal markings, traffic indicators and the installation of a metal parapet.
